The community in Kobe is small. But it is a loving oasis for people who live under high social pressure.
Self-employment
You will get the most out of your time in Japan if you independently look for ways to get in touch with people in the community and outside.
Language skills
Good English skills are required. You will learn some Japanese locally.

Accommodation and food
During your stay, you will be accommodated in a guest room. You feed yourself in time. A budget for this is planned in the financial framework.
Child benefit
Der Einsatz in Japan ist nicht als offizieller Freiwilligendienst anerkannt. Es gibt eventuell Möglichkeiten, den Kindergeldanspruch dennoch zu erlangen. Wir helfen dir gerne dabei, diese Möglichkeiten auszuloten.
Finance
For the entire mission, the donation target is 420 € per month. This includes cost and lodging as well as the management of your service.
Additional costs are flight, insurance, visa and the introductory seminar.
