LOCATION COMMUNITY
The most important point for a healthy development is the local community and the warm solidarity of Christians. That is why building a local community and equipping Christians in the Omsk community is of paramount importance.
NATURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The concept of NGE works on eight principles designed to strengthen the natural development of the community. It is important that the concept is carried out in several thousand communities all over the world, and so a large treasury of data and surveys is available. The eight principles are:
(1) Passionate spirituality, (2) Inspiring services, (3) Loving relationships, (4) Gift-oriented co-working, (5) Empowering leadership, (6) Expedient structures, (7) Holistic small groups and (8) Need-oriented evangelism. The community in Omsk strives to become an official partner of NGE.
PROMOTION OF CULTURE
Cultural promotion is a treasure of the church in Omsk. With original roots among the German late settlers, the local people know the value and meaningful power of culture. Various concerts, readings and evocations are intended to help the people of Omsk cross the threshold to the church and find answers to the great questions of life in addition to pleasant entertainment.
