In the state of Apurímac there are eight municipalities that regularly visit and support Uta and Felipe Salazar.

A common problem there is often that people come to faith through evangelism, for example, but then turn away again if the thing with Jesus does not "work" as they were promised or as they imagined it. Therefore, a good biblical foundation is important. What we mean by "discipleship".

Seven of the communities have rebuilt their community house in recent years. Previously, the buildings were made of mud bricks, today the communities want to have a house made of modern building materials, i.e. cement and brick. The construction is mainly done on its own. Apart from financial aid, of course, spiritual support is important. What good would a new church house be if it remained empty? Thus, Uta and Felipes are concerned to hold worship services, seminars and trainings there to help the brothers and sisters to deepen their faith and encourage them for everyday life.

Youth work is an integral part of Uta’s home community in Andahuaylas. Through sermons and themed evenings as well as youth services, conversations and space for a deeper understanding of God’s love arise.
