Many communities in the Peruvian highlands lack well-trained pastors and church leaders. These are important in order to be able to lead the churches well and provide them well spiritually. But where can these people be trained? Lima and other cities with such offers are too far away. In addition, the training would not be financially feasible for many.
In the region of Apurimac, where the works and projects of the MM are based, there is no theological institution with a recognized diploma. This is to change through a Bible Institute: agreements and plans are underway, the teachers grow together into a team. A committee develops the curricula, premises and library holdings are prepared.
All with the aim of strengthening communities and training good leaders and shepherds.
