KZM – short-term employee
They come from the most diverse regions and communities of Germany, and have different spiritual imprints. But what unites them all is their interest in world mission and their motivation, which is combined with the desire to serve God abroad for a certain time.
mainly young people after graduation or vocational training; But pensioners are also among them – short-term employees (KZM). Many mission-interested people travel every year in the various mission countries of the MM and support the missionaries on site. They learn to appreciate people in other cultures, experience a deepening of their relationship with God, mature in their personality and young people set the course for their future.
Some of them get the reputation of being long-term missionaries.
