The special sponsorship program (heartbeat)
heartbeat is the sponsorship program of the Marburg Mission Foundation. Through our support, we enable children who lack the basic means to live a decent life.
What is special is that in our program we help people with disabilities.
It is also important to us that the children get to know Jesus. His love is motivation and reason for our actions. Of course, we do not presuppose this attitude with the children in our projects or with the sponsors.
We are currently supporting in Taiwan The home of Bethesda. It houses over 100 children and young people with various disabilities, who are currently cared for by about 80 employees in various departments.
heartbeat Russia offers assistance to families with children with disabilities. Among other things in education, guidance and advice of parents and relatives, help with filling out forms, etc. Due to the war in Ukraine, this program has not been abolished, but at least significantly slowed down.
