Recently, the dormitory for the children of the Eastern Lawa people went online. For a long time, there were always interruptions and disturbances from outside that had prevented the power connection. Meanwhile, there is electricity in the building and the permit for operation. Other work is also progressing well:

With the help of a grant from an organization in Germany, a solar system could also be installed, which helps us to save a large part of electricity costs during the day. Now we hope that we can also install a kitchen soon. We would also like to build a playground. This could also be an opportunity to meet children from the area. Together with the Lawa Christians, we are now planning the next steps until the opening of the children’s home. The approval required for this by the provincial government is a rather elaborate matter, which is why we also need support in prayer here.
