Life in the village

In rural Cambodia, many families live on agriculture, often with uncertain incomes and simple infrastructure. Routes are long, especially in the rainy season difficult to pass. Medical help is scarce: clinics are lacking, medicines are expensive, and emergencies often reach care too late. Our project "Protect the most important" is therefore committed to training and long-term support of people in first aid on the child.

Where help is needed

Faced with the plight of the people around us, one can quickly be overwhelmed. Chanty and Christian Schneider want to help in Cambodia where they see the need concretely. This can be garden care for the sick or otherwise prevented neighbors, a swimming course to protect the children in the rainy season from the danger of drowning. Or simply: train people how to provide first aid in the emergency situation.

Our offerors

TRAINING

If you want to protect children as "the most important thing", you have to teach them and their parents how to respond appropriately in an emergency situation. With our regular courses for first aid on the child, we try to achieve exactly this learning goal.

LONG-TERM ACCOMPANYING

Scgulungs are helpful, but only in the long-term accompaniment of the local people lies the chance that people not only remain physically intact, but also mature holistically to healthy persons. Through targeted pastoral support, which is designed for the long term, we try to achieve this goal.

Presence

Nothing creates stability in the personality better than a stabilizing presence on the ground. In pedagogy we have known this for a long time. It also applies to development aid. With Chanty and Christian Schneider, we have a family in Cambodia that brings together professional competence, constant personalities and real love for the local people.
